Field Engagement Leader for Patient Journeys

Roche in Ireland seeks a dedicated Customer Engagement Lead for Patient Journey Partners (PJPs). You will oversee development, performance and wellbeing of PJPs, bridging disease-area strategy with field execution and coaching to deliver high-quality engagement.

This role is primarily field-based with regular office planning and cross-functional collaboration. You will lead teams, coach through the VACC model, identify capability gaps and drive insight-led engagement across the ecosystem.
