Field Enablement Manager, Amazon Global Logistics

Amazon has spent years building one of the world's most efficient and optimized supply chains. Amazon Global Logistics (AGL) builds on that foundation with innovative distribution and end-to-end supply chain services for FBA sellers.

To effectively bring our service to our customers, we are seeking an experienced Field Enablement Program Manager to design and deliver comprehensive programs for AGL Sales team knowledge and competency development. The position will work across the AGL CN and International teams, collaborating with Sales, Product, Operations, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams.

As a highly organized and task-oriented individual, you will manage communication, work backward plans, and risks with stakeholder teams. This role involves specifying sales enablement needs, identifying content sources, designing distribution mechanisms, and building training materials and tools to deliver content and training to sales team members. You will work closely with leadership to identify and prioritize the Field Enablement Roadmap.

Key job responsibilities
  1. Develop a repeatable and highly effective working mechanism for sales enablement.
  2. Streamline insights, knowledge, content, and best practices across the organization; establish standards and effective processes to deliver to the sales team.
  3. Collaborate with sales leadership to identify and prioritize improvements to ongoing sales skills programs.
  4. Develop robust, flexible, transparent, strategic, and tactical infrastructure with tools to enable rapid delivery of new requests and initiatives.
  5. Manage program tracking and communication.
  6. Regularly report on the performance of the program and communicate business impact through monthly and quarterly reviews.
  7. Execute workflows and processes, manage SIM or intake queues.
  8. Own tracking of sales enablement performance.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
  • Experience defining, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of finance, business management, and sales operations experience.
  • Experience working within a high-growth, technology company.
