Field Delivery Partner Growth Lead (UK/IE)

Amazon is seeking a Delivery Partner Manager to act as an advisor and operating partner for Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) across the UK and Ireland. You will help start net-new businesses, guide strategy, and ensure DSPs meet safety, compliance, and performance targets while collaborating with internal stakeholders.

The role requires frequent travel between sites, flexible hours, and close work with PAR, VAS, Legal, and fleet teams to drive DSP success and optimize capacity for peak periods.
