Turn Data into Action with Retail Insight.

AtRetail Insight (RI), we transform data into actionable strategies, empowering retailers and CPGs to make smarter decisions. Our cutting-edge algorithms and innovative retail execution products are trusted by many of the world's leading companies to improve sales, profitability, and operational efficiency.

From tackling out-of-stocks and poor in-store execution to reducing waste, markdowns, and shrink, RI helps businesses unlock performance drivers through advanced analytics.

About the role:

We partner with some of the world's biggest grocery retailers to help them unlock value from their data and deliver real impact in stores. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Delivery Manager to take ownership of how our solutions are rolled out and embedded into customer environments.

This isn't a back-office role. You'll be out in the field, in stores and head offices, side by side with our customers . You'll be the face of Retail Insight - trusted to bring our products to life, train teams, and ensure our solutions become part of day-to-day retail operations. You'll live and breathe our products, making sure they deliver real change for our customers.

What you'll do

Lead customer pilots through to full-scale rollouts in grocery retail environments.

Build and manage rollout plans that drive adoption, mitigate risk, and deliver measurable value.

Be the primary point of contact for customers during deployment, translating complex technical solutions into simple, actionable workflows.

Deliver hands-on training to store teams and head office stakeholders, building confidence and adoption.

Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to align technical integrations and rollout strategies.

Track performance metrics (accuracy, adoption, stability, usage) and continuously improve rollout models.

Capture lessons learned, develop best practices, and create playbooks that scale across future customer projects.

What we're looking for

Demonstrable years' experience in grocery retail, with excellent knowledge of store operations.

Proven experience in deployment, rollout, or implementation management within retail, SaaS, or enterprise systems.

A confident communicator who thrives in customer-facing roles and can engage with stakeholders at all levels.

Technical understanding of solution integrations, testing, and validation methods.

Excellent project and people management skills, with a track record of delivering under pressure.

Analytical mindset - comfortable using data to evaluate rollout success and adoption.

Nice to have: experience creating integration centres of excellence, rollout frameworks, or formal project management/deployment certifications (PMP, CSIM, etc.).

Some of our extras

Flexible Working - Enjoy true work life balance, including a work from anywhere policy to give you freedom to explore.

Time Off- 25 days annual leave (+ bank holidays), increasing with length of service, plus an extra day off for your birthday! We also operate summer hours so you can make the most of the sunshine.
