Field Collections Advocate - Flexible Hours & Car Allowance

Orbit Credit Services is looking for a Field Collections Agent to visit customers at their homes within Lancaster, helping them find a way forward with their finances. You will use empathy, guidance, and practical solutions, and update account outcomes in real time on an Orbit-provided iPad.

The role offers a 40-hour week with flexible shifts, 8am-8pm, Monday-Friday, with 4- or 5-day options. Benefits include 31 days holiday, a fuel card, referral bonuses, and a comprehensive induction programme.
