Field Care Supervisor: On-the-Road Leader & Quality Coach

Caremark is seeking a Field Care Supervisor to ensure high-quality community care delivery. You will implement field-based quality control, supervise Care & Support Workers, and maintain compliant, client-centered care plans in the assigned area.

You will lead inductions, support workforce planning, and coordinate service coverage while liaising with the Care Manager to ensure timely, accurate reporting and documentation.
