Field Care Supervisor Epping/Harlow £14.00 per hour

We are looking for a dedicated Field Care Supervisor to oversee the quality of care delivered in the community. You'll be out and about-supporting carers, doing spot checks, completing reviews, and ensuring we deliver care with dignity and consistency.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out spot checks, supervisions, and client reviews
• Train and mentor new carers in the field
• Complete risk assessments and care plan updates
• Hands-on care support
• Report concerns and ensure best practice is followed
• Support rota team with care cover when required

Requirements:

• Experience in domiciliary care, ideally as a Senior Carer or Supervisor
• Strong people and communication skills
• NVQ Level 3 or working towards
• Driver with own car (essential)
