Field Care Supervisor Community Care & Team Leadership

Agincare is seeking a Field Care Supervisor to cover New Milton and the surrounding area. You'll be the primary point of contact for clients and care teams, spending time out in the community visiting clients and supporting staff to deliver safe, high-quality care.

The role requires supervisory experience in social care, a full UK driving licence or access to your own vehicle, and 40 hours per week including on-call.
