Field-Based Parks & Green Spaces Technical Officer

Chelmsford City Council is recruiting a Technical Officer to support parks and green spaces, ensuring safe, efficient delivery of grounds maintenance, public rights of way work and service improvement projects.

The role requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of health and safety, risk management and relevant legislation, plus technical horticulture, landscape design and IT skills including GIS or CAD.
