Field-Based Multi-Site Catering Operations Manager

Impact Food Group is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee a portfolio of school catering sites, driving safe, high-quality food, service and standards. This field-based role requires travel between sites and strong leadership of multi-site teams.

You'll build client and supplier relationships, monitor performance, manage budgets, support HR and recruitment, and present insights to demonstrate success across the portfolio.
