Field-Based L&D Designer & Facilitator

Pets at Home is seeking a Learning & Development professional to shape learning experiences across colleagues nationwide. In a field-based role, you will collaborate with the Head of Learning & Development to design and deliver blended solutions spanning leadership, management, career progression and induction.

You'll partner with subject matter experts, analyse data to measure impact, and coach managers to build capability.
