Field-Based Horticulture Assessor: Mentor & Assess Learners

Capel Manor College is recruiting a Horticulture Work-Based Assessor to support the London Talent Pathways programme. The role is field-based across London, with learners in workplaces and campuses and regular travel to employers.

You will mentor, coach and assess learners, conduct workplace visits and provide feedback while keeping accurate progress records. You may also deliver workshops and develop learning materials to help learners progress in horticulture.
