We are seeking a a FICC Consolidation Transformation Programme Manager that will lead a multiyear initiative aimed at optimizing and modernizing fragmented systems within FICC. This role centers on the integration and centralization of data services across various asset classes, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder management and technical delivery.
Responsibilities:
Lead the transformation program aiming to consolidate FICC systems.
Build and optimize the foundation of data fabric by integrating multiple systems.
Centralize services across different asset classes.
Drive the development of user interface technologies.
Establish standardized processes within the program.
Manage relationships with stakeholders from technology, Front Office, business users, and operations.
Oversee end-to-end operational delivery and technical execution.
Run various individual workstreams effectively as a Programme Manager.
Must Haves:
Expertise in FICC (Fixed Income, Currencies, and Commodities) data models and structures.
Strong experience in program management (not just project management).
Proficient in integrating multiple fragmented systems into a unified architecture.
Ability to manage heavy stakeholder relationships across different business areas.
Experience in developing and managing tech-driven solutions.
Nice to Haves:
Familiarity with asset classes beyond FICC.
Experience in user interface (UI) technology development.
Understanding of data governance and standardization processes.
