Paisley Halloween Festival 2026/27/28 - Lighting and Projection

Abstract

Renfrewshire Council is seeking a highly experienced and established creative company to develop and install lighting and projection for the Paisley Halloween Festival 2026, 2027, with the optional 1-year extension for 2028 at the sole discretion of the Council. The Council is looking for an experienced service provider who can deliver a full programme for the festival in accordance with this specification and Council strategies.
