Female Team Leader - 1:1 Support & Independence (Hassocks)

Mary Rush Care Ltd is opening a brand-new 1:1 support service in Hassocks and is seeking an experienced, caring Team Leader to support a young woman with a mild learning disability and epilepsy. The role focuses on home and community support, medication assistance, and leading a small team to promote independence as she settles into her new home.

You will engage in college and social activities, manage risk and safeguarding, and ensure high-quality, person-centred care.
