Support Worker - Full Time (37.5 hours/week)Shifts: 07:00-22:00 (Day) 07:00 to 14:30 / 14:30 to 22 00-07:00 (Waking Night)Pay: £12.21 per hour

You are unable to pick the shifts you work and must be fully flexible, rotas are produced in advance

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting with daily routines such as cooking, personal care, and household tasks
• Encouraging participation in hobbies and community activities like shopping, and day trips
• Promoting independence and building confidence
• Monitoring wellbeing and responding to individual needs
• Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with the wider team
• (The 2 people we support in this service do have a small dog)
