About The Role

Key Information

• Pay Rate: £14 per hour
• Experience: No experience needed - full training and shadowing provided
• Hours: Flexible part-time or full-time shifts available
• Weekend Work: Weekend availability required (flexible rota)
• Mileage Options:
• Non-Mileage Rate: Higher hourly pay + claim mileage separately via HMRC
• Mileage Rate: Slightly lower pay + mileage paid through payroll

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing person-centred home care
• Supporting with meals, medication, and daily tasks
• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Helping with appointments, shopping and social outings
• Promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing

• UK driver's licence and own car
