FE/HE Education Growth Lead - 16+ & Sport Programs

Leicester-Shire & Rutland Sport (LRS) is seeking an FE/HE Manager to lead the growth, quality, and development of our 16+ Education Offer. This pivotal role combines strategic leadership with hands on delivery, overseeing Post 16 Education and Sport programmes.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in delivering educational programmes, strong knowledge of vocational qualifications, and excellent leadership skills. This full time position offers a starting salary of £30,000+ depending on experience.
