FE/HE Education Growth Lead - 16+ & Sport Programs

Leicester-Shire & Rutland Sport (LRS) is seeking an FE/HE Manager to lead the growth, quality, and development of our 16+ Education Offer. This pivotal role combines strategic leadership with hands-on delivery, overseeing Post-16 Education and Sport programmes.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in delivering educational programmes, strong knowledge of vocational qualifications, and excellent leadership skills. This full-time position offers a starting salary of £30,000+ depending on experience.
