Position: Fee Earner, Conveyancing Department

Location: Huddersfield

Responsible to: Partner in Charge

Hours: 37.5 hours

Salary: £ Competitive salary - negotiable, dependent upon experience

About the role

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancer to work within the conveyancing team in our Huddersfield office. Working in all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sale, purchase, freehold and leasehold work, you must be confident managing a high-volume caseload and working cohesively within a team, as well as working with minimum supervision. A working knowledge of SOS or other case management systems to prepare and process letters and forms correctly is desirable.

The successful applicant will be required to generate revenue through business development and demonstrate strong client management skills. This role is ideal for someone with over 3 years' technical experience within residential conveyancing who is proactive in approaching the local market and developing new business for the firm.
