Through our Ecolint Institute, we are committed to providing our staff with excellent professional development.To complete our Summer Camps team, we are looking for:Summer Camps Coaches - PlayFull-time: this role is 100% (40 hours per week) for up to 5 weeks in June-July, and 2 weeks in August (7 weeks work in total). Specific working times will depend on specific activities and the availability of roles.Responsibilities of the successful candidate include working with Camp colleagues and other coaching staff to develop and deliver a one-week program for the Play Camp. Activities need to be engaging and fun for participants (this is a holiday camp activity, not a school lesson). Prepare an activity plan adapted to children aged 3 to 6 years old. Lead activities in a safe environment. Supervise a group of up to 16 children aged 3-4 during the relevant activity, in partnership with the Junior Coach. This will include supervision of arrivals and departures (including registration), mealtimes, and structured free time activities, as well as core activities. The Coach is responsible for the safety, pastoral care, and wellbeing of the children during their time throughout the week of camps, aided by the assistant and other camp staff.Personal Requirements:- Experience working with children and young people, ideally in a school or holiday camp setting or equivalent.- Personable, kind, and caring disposition.- Passion and knowledge for the subject of the camp, as well as the energy and enthusiasm to inspire young people of different levels of experience and ability.- Recognized qualifications: Swiss diploma (ASE), or CAP petite enfance or BAFA with successful experience with children aged 3 and 4 years.- Fluent in French or English with a good working knowledge of the other.- Hold a valid work permit.Other relevant information:Staff may enroll their children in the Summer Camp at no charge (when they are working on site).
