Fat Plant Operator - HACCP & Quality Production

Nortech Foods Ltd in Doncaster is seeking a Fat Plant Operative to join its 24/7 animal oils and fats production facility. The role operates on a 2 week rota: 6am-2pm Tue-Sat and 10pm-6am Mon-Fri, in a full time capacity with shift work.

You will monitor incoming raw materials, assure HACCP adherence, complete paper records, and help sustain quality through HACCP and aiming for higher grade BRC compliance.
