Job Description

John Shepherd Group in Redditch is seeking an inspections clerk to join our busy lettings and estate team. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Redditch, with Monday to Friday, 8:45am to 5:30pm.

You will complete Mid Term Inspection reports during tenancies and liaise with local Property Managers to identify defects for swift resolutions. An eye for detail and a proactive mindset are essential.
