The Role

We currently have an opportunity for a Fashion Department Manager to join our team in our store in Swords S/C, Co. Dublin. The successful candidate will be hard working, reliable, and enjoy working as part of a friendly productive team in a busy & fast-paced retail environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Must be a key driver in delivering excellent customer service in store, leading by example at all times.

  • Actively support the Store Manager in maximising store sales and achieving various store KPI's.

  • Display a keen eye for detail and consistently deliver excellent in-store standards.

  • Ensure products are correctly received and placed on the sales floor in a timely manner and comply with the merchandising guidelines.

  • Adhere to Company policies and procedures and support the Store Manager in delivery of the same.

  • Action merchandising campaigns, promotional activities, delivery schedules and varied back-office duties within required timeframes using a pro-active approach.

  • Be a team player but also display strong leadership skills, coaching and developing the team to meet the objectives.

  • Previous retail management experience is essential (Experience with regard to Giftware will be an advantage).

  • Be available to work flexible hours including weekdays and weekends.
