Capel Manor College is seeking a skilled Farm Manager to lead the strategic and operational delivery of its farm's educational, environmental and community objectives. You will oversee livestock, market garden production, farm shop supply chains, land management and budgets, ensuring high welfare, health and safety, sustainability and a hands-on learning environment for students.
