We are now looking for an exceptional individual to join us in the role of Farm Manager and help transform the farm into a vibrant and thriving business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of the farm, ensuring the effective delivery of its educational, commercial, environmental, and community objectives.
Supported by a small team, you will lead all aspects of farm operations, including livestock, market garden production, farm shop supply chains, land management, compliance, staffing, and budgets. You will ensure the highest standards of animal welfare, health and safety, environmental stewardship and visitor experience whilst supporting the Farm's role as a flagship educational and community asset.
Working closely with the Head of Arboriculture, Agriculture and Environmental Conservation, you will drive the development of sustainable farm enterprises, maximise commercial opportunities and create an outstanding practical learning environment for students.
