Ready to lead a progressive farming operation and shape its future?

We're working with a well-established and highly regarded fresh produce business to find an experienced Farm Manager who is ready to take on a pivotal leadership role within a dynamic and growing business.

Our client is a large-scale, diverse fresh produce operation producing a wide range of crops, including leafy salads, and specialist vegetables, across both outdoor fields and controlled indoor environments

The Role

As Farm Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day and long-term performance of the farming operation. This is a role that combines technical expertise with people leadership, requiring someone who is equally comfortable out in the field as they are planning strategically.

We're looking for someone who can:

Inspire teams to deliver their best without relying on pressure or hierarchy

About You

This role will suit an experienced farm professional who is looking for more responsibility, greater influence, and a long-term career move.

You'll bring:

Proven experience leading teams and managing complex farming operations
Confidence to make decisions, take ownership, and lead from the front
Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work across all levels of a business

You'll also ideally need to hold your FACTS and BASIS certifications, or equivalent.

What's In It For You

Competitive salary - up to €70,000
Potential for relocation support or accommodation
    Company vehicle
    Pension
    Bonus scheme
