Farm Manager

We are seeking to appoint an experienced and highly motivated Farm Manager who is looking to further their career with a modern, forward-thinking organisation and who will take responsibility for the management of our 6,000-acre farming enterprise. This role offers a significant opportunity to lead our large-scale operation that is committed to regenerative agriculture, sustainable land stewardship, and the effective use of modern agricultural technology.

The Farm Manager will have overall responsibility for the operational, financial, and strategic management of the farm. The successful candidate will strive to achieve the goals set out within the farm business plan, while ensuring the efficient, profitable, and compliant running of the business.
