Due to retirement, Welbeck Home Farm, a diverse and progressive farming business, offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced and forward-thinking Farm Manager to shape and lead the implementation of a new farming strategy.
The in-hand farming business is part of a wider Estate with numerous enterprises. The Home Farm is well resourced, comprising a large arable operation, a high performing dairy unit and an in-hand beef herd. There is a strong emphasis on environmental stewardship, supported by both Countryside Stewardship Mid Tier and SFI schemes. The ambition is to ensure the business continues to produce excellent results whilst enhancing the farmed environment.
Working closely with senior management to help achieve the Owners aims and objectives, the successful candidate will oversee all aspects of the farming business.
