Fan Engagement & Audience Growth Lead

Fontana, part of Universal Music UK, is seeking an Audience Marketing Lead to develop long-term audience strategies for a roster of artists, focusing on sustainable fan growth and innovative digital experiences.

You will collaborate with Marketing, A&R, Creative and Direct-to-Fan teams to ensure every fan touchpoint is intentional, connected, and impactful. The role requires deep knowledge of fan behavior and multi-channel campaigns.
