Family Wellbeing Keyworker - Intensive Support

The Family Wellbeing Service in London Borough of Bexley is seeking a Family Keyworker to deliver an intensive, whole-family service to at-risk families. The role supports children and young people from 0 to 18 years and works across a range of specialist areas, including domestic violence, mental health, and substance misuse.

The post holder will assess needs, develop SMART family support plans, and support implementation.
