• Supportand mentor parents in developing essential parentingskills.
  
• Provideadvice and guidance to help families build stability.

• Mentornew and less experienced staff.
  
• Leadthe team throughout shifts.
  
• Workclosely with the management team to develop the service.
  
• Actas a role model and mentor to staff, demonstratingprofessionalism, integrity, and a commitment to the higheststandards of care and ethical practice.
  
• Navigatechallenges with resilience and adaptability.

• Holda Level 3 Children & Young People's Workforce qualificationor Equivalent.
  
• Holdor willing to work towards a team leader qualification.
  
• Hasexperience in leading a team.

• Nurturingand supportive, with strong mentoring skills.
  
• Experiencedin safeguarding and creating a stable environment.
