Family Support Worker: Empowering Families & Kids

Luton Borough Council is seeking a Family Support Worker to join our Family Help Service in Luton. You will provide early intervention and practical, person-centred support to families, children and young people across the borough.

You will work with social workers, health, education, housing and voluntary partners to coordinate services, assess needs, set targets and produce clear reports, while flexibly meeting evenings and weekends as required.
