Family Support Worker - School & Community Champion

St. Andrew's is a Christian values-led school and nursery in the heart of Kettering, part of the Peterborough Diocese Academy Trust (PDET).

We are seeking a Family Support Worker to act as a pivotal link between children, families and agencies to overcome barriers to learning and promote welfare. The role requires safeguarding commitment, excellent communication, and the ability to work flexibly with home and school life.
