Family Support Worker - Empowering Families & Children

YouthLink Scotland is seeking a compassionate Family Worker in Fife to provide emotional and practical support to families with children who have additional support needs. You will empower families to access the right help from external services and collaborate with partner agencies.

Key qualities include experience with children and young people with disabilities, excellent relationship-building, knowledge of children's rights, trauma-informed and inclusive practice, and understanding of child
