Family Support Practitioner - Early Help

Hampshire County Council is recruiting an Assistant Family Practitioner to help children, young people and families achieve positive, lasting change. You will deliver one to one support, outreach appointments and evidence based programmes within a dedicated team across local communities.

The role involves working with families of children aged 0-19, building on strengths, promoting resilience and ensuring safeguarding. A Level 2 qualification and experience with children are essential.
