Family Support Lead Practitioner - Flexible Working

Reading Borough Council is seeking a dedicated Family Worker to support children, young people and families within the Family Help Service. You will undertake whole-family assessments, co-produce plans, and lead on Team Around the Family meetings to drive positive outcomes.

You'll build trusted, culturally humble relationships and collaborate with schools, health services and social care, ensuring the voice of the child remains central in all plans.
