Family Support & Safeguarding Lead

Mayflower Community Academy invites applications for a Family Support Advisor and Safeguarding Officer. You will strengthen home-school links, support vulnerable families, and lead safeguarding arrangements to ensure every child thrives.

You will coordinate meetings, develop safeguarding records, and work with partners to deliver timely, effective support. The role requires GCSEs in maths and english, safeguarding knowledge, excellent communication, and strong organisational skills.
