Private Family Legal Aid Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive
Banbury or Leamington Spa Full or Part-time Permanent
A leading regional law firm is seeking an experienced Private Family Legal Aid Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (NQ+ PQE) to join its established Family team.
The role offers the opportunity to manage a busy caseload covering children, finance, domestic abuse and injunction matters, including advocacy and Court work.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing a Private Law Legal Aid caseload, a strong understanding of Legal Aid Agency processes, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected Legal Aid practice with a strong flow of work and scope to quickly build your own caseload.
Key requirements:- NQ+ PQE
- Private Family Legal Aid experience
- Experience across children, finance and domestic abuse matters
- Confident with advocacy and Court work
- Full UK driving licence
