Family Solicitor - Legal 500 Firm - South Yorkshire

A well-established Legal 500 firm is expanding its Family department and is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join its team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and proactive individual to hit the ground running with a varied caseload.

The role will involve:

• Managing a broad spectrum of matters, including divorce, financial remedies, separation, Family Law Act proceedings, civil partnerships, cohabitation disputes, pre/post-nuptial agreements and Children Act cases
• Conducting initial consultations and providing direct representation at court
• Taking part in community and charitable initiatives as part of the firm's wider values

Key requirements:

• Previous experience managing a full and diverse family law caseload
• Excellent client care and advocacy skills
• A commitment to contributing to both client outcomes and community engagement
