They are looking for a Family Solicitor to join their Stockport team and work with recognised Family Lawyer.

Job Description

As a Family Solicitor your duties will include:

• a diverse caseload of family law matters, including divorce, financial settlements, and child arrangements.
• Provide clear and comprehensive legal advice to clients on family-related issues.
• Draft and review documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws.
• Represent clients in court and mediation settings as required.
• Maintain accurate records and case files, adhering to confidentiality and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with colleagues within the legal department to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
• Stay updated on changes in family law and related regulations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Family Solicitor should have at least 2+ PQE in dealing with family matters. Please note the level of experience identified in this advert is a guide only and does not preclude candidates with more or less experience from applying.
