Family Navigator - Flexible Working & Community Support

Westminster City Council is seeking a Family Navigator to join a small, friendly team. You will be the first contact for families needing advice, coordinating support with multi agency professionals and developing plans using a Whole Family approach.

You will engage with families empathetically, organise meetings with networks of professionals and ensure safeguarding and accurate recording of your work, while pursuing training and development.
