Family Locum

A well-established law firm in Lancashire is seeking an experienced Public Family Law Solicitor to provide interim support from mid-April while they recruit for a permanent position. This is a full-time, on-site role for an initial period of 3 months, with the possibility of extension.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for managing your own public law caseload on behalf of parents, handling matters including:

• Child Arrangements & Contact disputes
• Care Proceedings
• Private Law matters
• Other related family law cases as required

The firm is looking for someone confident and experienced, able to work autonomously and manage cases efficiently from instruction through to resolution.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with significant public family law experience
• Proven ability to manage your own caseload independently
• Experience handling both Private and Public Law matters
