Family Liaison & Attendance Support Officer

Oasis Academy Mayfield is seeking a dedicated Family Liaison Officer to support students experiencing EBSA and their families. You will work with academy staff and external agencies to provide targeted interventions, pastoral support and reintegration planning within the Attendance Team.

You will build positive relationships, deliver bespoke support, and contribute to improving attendance and wellbeing, aligning with safeguarding and SEND requirements.
