Family Lawyer - Position OverviewYou will take over an existing caseload of private family law matters, ensuring clients continue to receive high-quality advice and service. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow and develop the department in a stable, progressive environment.
Key Responsibilities- Managing a caseload of private family matters, including divorce, finances, and children's arrangements
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Ensuring a seamless transition of existing clients and cases
- Supporting the growth and development of the family law department
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with strong family law experience
- Proven ability to handle a varied caseload with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and client care skills
