The role offers autonomy while working within a collaborative and experienced team.Key Responsibilities as a Family Law Solicitor:
- Managing a caseload of family law matters from instruction to completion
- Advising clients on divorce and financial remedy proceedings
- Handling private children matters
- Dealing with domestic abuse and injunction applications
- Drafting legal documents and court applications
- Attending court hearings where required
- Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering excellent client care
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales)
- Previous experience handling a family law caseload independently
- Strong knowledge of divorce, finances, and private children matters
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Competitive salary dependent on experience (£35,000 - £45,000)
