Family Law Solicitor

The Family Law Team is led by a seasoned professional someone who is synonymous within the family law sector, who is respected and as a leader you could not be in a better team.

This established private practice has an enviable reputation and they are now looking for an experienced and confident Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years family law post qualifying experience to join them.

You shall enjoy a very broad caseload covering matters such as separation and divorce, financial provision, child matters - adoption, contact and surrogacy, and will also be involved in more complex litigation.

You shall be commercially astute, with exceptional client facing skills, have a proven track record of successfully managing your own caseload of family law matters and have experience of Court of Session litigation.
