Job Description

Cheshire West and Chester Council's Family Help and Support service delivers high-quality services for local children and their families, ensuring the right support is provided at the right time.

Family intervention workers play a key role in assessing the needs of children aged 0-19 and their families with complex needs. They deliver interventions using the Team Around the Family process, working towards sustained outcomes for families.
