Family Hub Connector: Early Help & Community Support

Hampshire County Council is recruiting for a Best Start Hub Connector to help children and families access the right support at the right time. Working across Best Start Family Hubs and community settings, you will build trusted relationships, identify needs and connect families with services that improve wellbeing.

You will be a friendly presence within Family Hubs, helping families navigate early help, health, early years and community services.
