Family Help Support Worker - Lead Family-Led Plans

Walsall Council is recruiting a Family Help Support Worker within the Children's Social Care team on a fixed-term basis until March 2028. The role focuses on practical and emotional support for children, young people and families, working with multi-agency partners to deliver coordinated services.

You will assess needs, develop family-led plans, and act as Lead Professional when required, while safeguarding and maintaining confidential records.
